Designs will not begin until all required items are received and confirmed via email.
We understand that losing a loved one is unexpected, and urgent requests may be needed.

Standard Turnaround: 3–5 business days after your order, photos, and information are submitted, and once the design is approved.

Rush Turnaround: 1–2 business days available for an additional $100 rush fee.

We do our best to serve every family with care, excellence, and timeliness.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns on any design services.

Please ensure that all design requirements are reviewed carefully and that your vision is final before submitting your materials to us.

Once your email and content are received and design work has begun:

One round of edits is included (this may cover changes to color, text, placement, or images).

Concept changes are not allowed after design work starts.

Additional edits beyond the first round will be subject to a $20 fee per edit.
