🕒 Standard Turnaround Times:

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the project load, communication delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Logo Services – 3–5 business days

• Graphics (Flyers, Invitations, etc.) – 4–7 business days

• Websites – 1–2 weeks

• Branding & Marketing Services – Approximately 1 week

• Print Design Services – 3–5 business days

 

⚡ Rush Orders:

Rush turnaround is available only when a Rush Fee is purchased at the time of your order.

 

📅 Business Days:

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and any pre-planned Grow Graphics vacations (announced in advance).

Please include:

• High-quality images (if you'd like them included)

• All text/writing for your design (event info, product details, etc.)

• Preferred colors or brand palette

• Font preferences (if any)

• Logos or brand elements to include

• Reference images or inspiration (optional but helpful)

Designs will not begin until all required items are received and confirmed via email.
